Services: The Consultant provides business strategy, operations, and systems consulting.

Professional Advice Disclaimer: The advice, strategies, and recommendations provided during the session are for operational and structural purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. The Client is advised to consult with a licensed professional for such matters.
While the Consultant will provide professional guidance, the Client acknowledges that business success depends on various market variables and the Client's own implementation. The Consultant makes no express or implied guarantees regarding specific financial returns, outcomes, or revenue increases.

Fees: All session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Forfeiture: The Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time to request a reschedule. If the Client fails to provide 24 hours' notice or fails to attend the session, the booking fee is strictly non-refundable and forfeited.

Refunds: Any refunds requested outside of the 24-hour window will be reviewed and issued solely at the Consultant's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Ownership: All custom plans, workflows, documentation, and session recordings created during the services are the intellectual property of the Consultant but are licensed to the Client for internal business use.

Permitted Sharing: The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to share these deliverables with internal employees, team members, and external independent contractors working directly on behalf of the Client's business.

Prohibited Use: The Client shall not resell, sublicense, repackage, or distribute any of the Consultant's templates, frameworks, or materials to third parties for independent commercial use.

Secure Access: If the Consultant requires access to third-party software, platforms, or systems to perform the services, the Client agrees to provide access exclusively through secure password management software (e.g., LastPass, Keeper) or delegated user permissions.

Data & Liability Release: The Consultant shall handle all client accounts with professional care. However, the Consultant is not liable for any third-party platform failures, data leaks, security breaches, or system hacks affecting the Client's software or tools. In no event shall the Consultant's total liability under this agreement exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific session.
